Purpose and legal basis

Contact form data is used to respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest / performance of an agreement).

The newsletter email address is used to send you news and is processed on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Data processors

The contact form is handled by Formspree (formspree.io), which forwards messages to us.

The newsletter is handled by our email provider once the service is activated.

These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and restrict the processing of your data. Where processing is based on consent – for example the newsletter – you can withdraw it at any time.

If you believe we process your personal data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies.

For anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics – a privacy-friendly solution that uses no cookies and does not collect personal data or build visitor profiles.
